Vision And Mission
Established in 2017, Glamour Beauty Concepts DMCC is a young and dynamic company formed with a great vision to become a leader in beauty product houses in the UAE. With the establishment of Glamour, in a very short span of time, the company is prepared to manufacture & offer a wide range of Perfumery, Toiletries and Cosmetic products through its distribution network.
The Core Team
Glamour Beauty concepts Began its operations on 04th March 2017 with the Inauguration of its Head office at Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai.
The Core Staff count quickly grew to a total of 12 members by the end of 2017. Additionally 25 staff at the manufacturing plant.
The recruitment process followed at Glamour Beauty is a stringent , multiple stage process which emphasizes on the exact requirement of the company.
All the recruited staff are specialists in their own field and has proven track records to endorse the same.
Our Core team consists of Specialists in the field of Product Development, Designing, Purchase, Logistics, IT, HR, Operations, Production, Quality Control, Fine Fragrance and Factory Maintenance
Product Development
Glamour Beauty concepts has a highly specialized, experienced and skilled team for New product development.
In a very short span of time We have developed more than 220 new products under 4 different Brands. The product categories ranges from French Occidental Perfumes, Oriental Perfumes, Face wash, Roll on deodorants, Soaps, Aerosols etc.
The Product Development team is assisted by 24 Perfumers from different leading fragrance houses, who are based in Europe, US, Asia and Latin American countries for finalizing the fragrances used in our products.
The PD team provides formulations, technical guidance and production instructions to the factory as well as for our contract manufacturers.
The PD team liaise efficiently with the raw material suppliers around the globe to provide seamless availability of production materials.
